In this experience, you will learn the tasting techniques, the key features of tasting tea, how to understand the quality of the tea leaves by looking into its shape, colours, texture and tea buds. Then you will also learn about the aroma and flavor of different tea, which are the most authentic traditional flower fragrance only in Vietnam. From that, you will get more knowledge on the traditional tea scenting. 

To  observe the mouth feel, different sensations will be observed with different teas.  And we will teach you how to make a perfect tea for tasting. Some may be smoother while others may be crispier. By understanding about each of these in detail, you will have an amazing tea tasting experience! Furthermore, a variety of snacks from all over Vietnam will be served so you can enjoy real local taste. 

The Hue Royal Tea has its own sophisticated feature worthy to taste. Stemming from the research work from the Royal Medicine Books in Nguyen Dynasty Edition, the royal documents of Thai Y Vien in history, that records treatment for the King and his family by the Royal doctors, Herbal tea is refined with the ingredients of precious herbs prepared according to the ancient royal tea recipes combined with traditional remedies of Nguyen Dynasties. Hue people also have their own delighted and beautiful snacks to enjoy wit tea. 

French style tea break! Why not?, Selected from the most intact and quintessential tea buds from the northern mountains in Vietnam, we have made the most perfect black tea and then scented with traditional flowers such as lotus, chamomile….  The tea session will be served with authentic home-made French cakes and some of traditional crape stuffed with young rice paste, which will be best ever cuisine combination you have ever tasted.
